By using the Pantry iOS app, its Share Extension or the Pantry web app ("Pantry"), you agree to these terms.

1. Your content

• You own your recipes. Recipes, photos, notes, pantry items and meal plans you add stay yours. Don't use Pantry to store illegal or infringing material.
• Imported recipes. When you import a recipe, Pantry saves a copy for your personal use. Recipes in Discover come from third-party websites; Pantry doesn't claim ownership of them. Respect the terms of the sites you import from.

2. Your data and privacy

We don't sell your data or show ads.

• Account. If you sign in with Apple, Google or email, we store your email address and sign-in ID to keep your account secure and sync your data.
• Cloud sync. Your recipes, photos, pantry, grocery lists, folders, meal plan and preferences are stored with Google Firebase so they sync across your devices.
• Web imports. When you import a link on the web app, our server fetches that page and its photo on your behalf. The photo is resized and saved to your account.
• Analytics. The website uses Google Analytics (via Firebase) to count visits and improve the site.
• Deleting your data. Delete individual items anytime, or delete your account and all synced data from Settings in the app or on the web.

3. Device permissions

Permissions are optional and can be turned off in your device Settings.

• Camera and photos: add recipe photos, import a recipe from a cookbook page, and scan receipts.
• Microphone and speech: voice commands in Cook Mode and dictating pantry or grocery items. Audio isn't recorded or stored.
• Reminders: sync your grocery list with Apple Reminders.
• Siri: add items to your pantry or shopping list by voice.
• Notifications and Live Activities: cooking timers, expiry reminders and recipe suggestions.

4. Free and Pro features

Pantry is free. Free web accounts can keep a limited number of imported recipes (currently 10). Pantry Pro removes this limit. Limits and features may change over time.

5. Disclaimers

• Check recipes yourself. Imports, scaling, pantry matching and dietary filters are automated and can be wrong. Always check ingredients, quantities and allergens.
• Food safety. Expiry reminders are a guide only. Check your food before eating it.
• No warranty. Pantry is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, the developer isn't liable for data loss, allergic reactions, food spoilage or other damages from using Pantry.
